Most founders hit a point where the back office is quietly falling apart. Emails go unanswered, the CRM is a graveyard, onboarding is still running through the founder's personal inbox, and the Notion system that was supposed to fix everything has been half-built for months. That is the gap I fill. I am Laura, a VA and operations specialist based in Nairobi. I started my career at Maramoja Transport, Kenya's first ride-hailing company. From there I moved into fully remote work, working at RocketShip HQ, a US mobile marketing agency that managed over $100M in ad spend, before running podcast production for Michael Conniff of The Accelerator.
